Our Work

Collaborative. Holistic. Transformational.

Our work

  • Workplace investigations

Independent fact-finding investigations responding to conduct and behaviour concerns, grievances, whistleblowing disclosures, providing independent evidence-based findings of fact to guide and support organisational decision-making.

  • Diagnostic reviews

Targeted reviews to gain deeper understanding of a specific problem or perceived area for improvement in your organisation. By identifying causes, barriers, and enablers we can recommend impactful and effective interventions and improvements.

  • Systems and process reviews

Proactive reviews focused on enhancing and improving structures, systems, and processes. By reviewing against  relevant benchmarks and best practice standards we can identify specific recommendations tailored to your level of ambition and prioritised by significance of impact.

  • Solution design and implementation support

With leadership and key stakeholders involvement and engagement we work with you to develop and design solutions that underpin culture change goals and successfully deliver the desired outcomes. We also support with implementation on a short to long term basis.

  • Targeted learning and development support

Bespoke training content, delivered in standalone sessions or in a co-ordinated programme to support staff and leadership personal development and to communicate and embed expectations regarding conduct, behaviours, and actions aligned with workplace culture objectives.

A coordinated learning and development programme can be developed with bespoke content with facilitation and delivery by Equitura or one-off sessions can be incorporated within existing L&D programmes (e.g. a one-off session within a wider leadership or onboarding programme).

    Example sessions/programmes could include:

    - Building and embedding a culture of psychological safety

    - Managing diverse teams

    - Practical and impactful allyship

    - Building race equity and dismantling systemic barriers
